FAQ's

All For Giving wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return your item(s) for refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days, in original packaging for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept refunds on custom orders or used items, and those items will be returned back to customer at their expense. Reimbursal/exchange shall be based on item cost and not include any shipping charges incurred by customer.

To return an item, all items must obtain a refund authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping by calling 877-424-GIVE (4483) or via email bobbie@allforgiving.com.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted without a RMA

RMAs must be received within 10 days of authorization.

Please note: All For Giving cannot provide refunds or credit on items that we have not received. We strongly recommend that all returns be done via a trackable method to ensure our receipt of goods. Address for all returns is as follows:
